Monty by VQ is an elegant & modern DAB/DAB+ Digital & FM Radio with a wireless Bluetooth connection to stream your own music. The DAB/DAB+ Digital Radio gives you access to the full range of digital radio stations broadcast in your local area with services by both the BBC, national and local commercial broadcasters. If you prefer the more traditional FM analogue approach, this is also included. When you do find a station you love either on Digital or FM Radio you can save it to one of sixty total preset stations (30 DAB & 30 FM). Should you tire of live radio, the Bluetooth connection will provide relief as you can connect your phone, tablet or any other smart device and stream from music services such as; Apple Music, Deezer or Spotify & additionally listen to on-demand content or podcasts.
If you prefer there is also a 3.5mm aux-in to connect devices, additionally there is a USB charge port for your phone/tablet & a headphone socket for private listening. Whatever you choose to listen to it will sound fantastic thanks to the ultra-wide full range 10W speaker, which delivers warm, rich and room-filling audio. Monty also features an equaliser to allow the personal tailoring of the acoustics with a range of presets or independent bass and treble controls. Monty could be your ideal bedside companion thanks to the comprehensive dual alarms, which can be set independently and have intelligent settings for week days or weekends. You also have the choice of what you’d like to wake to; DAB/DAB+ Digital Radio, FM Radio or a traditional buzzer. The alarm functionality is further enhanced with an adjustable snooze feature & sleep timer.
