Hybrid Dual Drivers - The Epic Lab Edition boasts hybrid dual drivers - a dynamic driver for rich bass and low frequencies, and a Knowles balanced armature driver for exquisite high frequencies. This fusion of drivers results in unparalleled, well-balanced, and crystal-clear sound quality.

JLab x Knowles - Each Knowles balanced armature driver is individually adjusted and tested at the factory for consistently high performance. Balanced armatures differ from traditional drivers by taking the electronic audio signal and using it to vibrate a tiny reed balanced between two magnets in a micro enclosure. The motion of the reed is transferred to a stiff aluminium diaphragm. This is free of resonances in the audio band for clear, detailed sound.

JLab Sound App - The JLab App lets you choose from different settings, customize your sound and button configuration to match exactly what you’re doing.

Safe Hearing Mode allows you to limit the maximum volume output of your earbuds even when your device volume is turned to max volume. You can choose to limit at 85dB or 95 dB to maintain your hearing health - all limits recommended by the World Health Organization.

Three levels of active noise cancelling; ANC On, ANC Off or Be Aware which allows ambient outside noise to pass through so you can hear your surroundings.

You can even adjust the button configuration on your headphones via the JLab App. So if you prefer one or two taps for volume up, or three taps for skip track, you can choose any combination to suit your preference.

Custom EQ3 Sound lets you choose between three sound settings; JLab Signature which is your everyday go-to, balanced is tuned specifically for Podcasts and Audio books, and Bass Boost for the active side of you. You can add a fourth ’custom’ option via the JLab App to manage your own equalizer settings by adjusting Bass, Mid-Range, and Treble.
