Grattan Celebrity Mum of the Year 2007

Picking up her award at the seventh annual ceremony, which took place on the 15th March, Katie commented: "For the first time in my life I'm truly gob smacked. I'm so chuffed to receive this award from Grattan. Harvey and Junior will be so proud of their mummy". Even in the glare of the media spotlight, Katie has maintained that her main priority is, and always will be, her children.

Katie is renowned for her strong, yet bubbly and inviting personality, and is often seen as a born survivor, which no doubt helped her win the coveted award. Katie beat off high profile competition from the likes of Victoria Beckham, Jade Goody and Sarah Ferguson.

The Grattan's Customer Mum of the Year was won by Tracey Gamblen from Portsmouth, who was nominated by her 13 year old son, Thomas. Pictured with Tracey (right) are staff members Mum, Maureen Linford (left) and Katie Price.

And this year's runner up is...

Fern Britton

Narrowly beaten into second place, this year's runner up is Fern Britton. The popular mum of four has been recognised for balancing her daily work schedule on ITV's This Morning with her busy family life.
